The Lordstones 5K Trail Run is Race 3 of the Summer Trail Series, taking runners into the heart of the North York Moors for an evening of challenging off road racing. The series has become a popular fixture for trail runners, combining competitive racing with spectacular scenery and valuable points towards the overall standings.

Starting from Lordstones, the 5K route follows an undulating trail course through moorland terrain, offering a demanding but rewarding challenge. The combination of climbs, descents and open countryside provides runners with sweeping views across the North York Moors and a true trail running experience.

Open to runners aged 12 and over, the event welcomes both experienced trail runners and those looking to test themselves on natural terrain. As the third race in the Summer Trail Series, it provides another opportunity to compete for race day prizes while building towards the overall series awards later in the season.
