The Lingfield 10s feature two scenic multi terrain races through the beautiful countryside of south east Surrey, offering a choice of 10K or 10 mile distances. Starting and finishing at Lingfield College, the event is organised by Lingfield Running Club and has become a popular fixture on the summer racing calendar.

Both routes combine quiet country roads with rural trails, creating a varied and rewarding running experience. The 10 mile course provides a tougher challenge with a series of rolling hills and far reaching countryside views, while the 10K follows a shorter, less demanding route that is ideal for runners looking to experience multi terrain racing for the first time.

The event is fully marshalled and chip timed, with water stations, secure bag storage and a finisher's medal for every participant. After the race, runners can relax back at race headquarters and enjoy the club's renowned selection of refreshments, making the Lingfield 10s a welcoming event for runners of all abilities.
