The LGN Property Industry 5K is an annual running event organised by LGN Wellbeing for teams and individuals from across the property industry. Based at The Regent’s Park Hub in London, the event brings colleagues and businesses together for an evening of running and friendly industry competition.

Runners take on a 5K course within Regent’s Park, providing an accessible distance for a range of abilities while still giving faster participants the opportunity to compete for a strong time. The event has a team focus, with companies competing against others from across the property sector as well as encouraging colleagues to get active together.

Race headquarters at The Regent’s Park Hub provides facilities including a bag drop, changing rooms, showers and toilets, with a licensed bar also available. The combination of the central London setting, team competition and post-run social element gives the event a distinctive place in the property industry calendar.
