The Krunce Series Race 3 of 6 is the third event in the popular Krunce Series, a long established summer hill running series organised in Aberdeen. Based at Craibstone Golf Course, the race attracts club runners and newcomers alike for a challenging midweek test on varied off road terrain.
The 5.7K course climbs through woodland and forest trails with approximately 150 metres of ascent before descending back towards the finish. A mixture of steep climbs, twisting paths and fast runnable sections creates a demanding but enjoyable hill race in scenic surroundings.
Part of the six race Krunce Series, the event is fully marshalled and welcomes runners of all abilities. Combining competitive racing, friendly club organisation and challenging woodland terrain, Race 3 remains a popular fixture in the Aberdeen summer hill running calendar.
