The Jurassic Extinction event weekend features several endurance challenges along the spectacular Jurassic Coast, including the Jurassic Coast 100K Ultra. Starting at Nothe Fort in Weymouth, runners follow the South West Coast Path west to Exmouth on a demanding overnight adventure.
Covering 100K with approximately 2,900 metres of ascent, the route showcases some of the most dramatic coastal scenery in southern England. Participants tackle cliff paths, coastal trails and rolling terrain while running through the night and into the following day.
The event is self navigated and fully supported with live GPS tracking and aid stations along the course. Open to both runners and walkers, it offers a memorable test of endurance on one of the UK's most iconic long distance trail routes.
