The John Carr 5K race series, a longstanding tradition hosted by Saltaire Striders for several years, is undergoing exciting changes this year. Now a series of 5K races throughout the day held at Greenhead Athletics Track in Keighley.
The first race is reserved for runners with an impressive 5K Personal Best of sub-30 minutes, setting the minimum standard for participation.
As the day progresses, each subsequent race will feature faster runners, culminating with 'elite' athletes in the final race.
