The Inflatable 5K Southampton is a fun run held at the University of Southampton, offering 2.5K, 5K, 10K and 15K distance options. Designed for participants of all ages and abilities, the event combines running, walking and giant inflatable obstacles to create a unique outdoor experience for families, friends and groups.
The course is based on a 2.5K lap packed with inflatable obstacles, slides, tunnels and climbing challenges. Participants choose their distance by completing one, two, four or six laps, with every route offering a lively atmosphere, music zones, clearly marked courses and on course hydration. The emphasis is on enjoyment rather than competition, allowing everyone to take part at their own pace.
Every participant receives a finisher's medal and finish line refreshments, with event photography and spectator access included. Combining colourful inflatable obstacles, flexible distance options and a festival atmosphere, the Inflatable 5K Southampton is one of the South Coast's most popular fun running events.
