The Hove Prom 10K is organised by Arena 80 Athletics Club and takes place along the seafront at Hove. A popular fixture in the Sussex running calendar, the event attracts both experienced club runners and those taking on their first 10K. It also forms part of the Sussex Grand Prix Championship.
The accurately measured 10K follows a two lap road course along Hove Promenade, starting and finishing near Hove Lagoon. The pancake flat route offers uninterrupted coastal views and excellent conditions for fast times, making it an ideal event for runners aiming for a personal best while enjoying a scenic seaside setting.
