Starting on Lonsdale Road near the first houses at Canal Foot. It runs past Glaxo factory, over the roundabout, and then down Morecambe Road to Outcast. You take a left turn by the river's edge and the Old Tannery Buildings. After a few bends on the narrow road, you take a right turn through the bollards into the Siemens Estate. On exiting the estate, you retrace your steps, taking a left turn into Cross Lane, opposite the allotments. Take a right onto North Lonsdale Road and return to the roundabout. Head back to the club house car park, before finishing in front of Ulverston Park (formerly Glaxo) Sports Clubhouse.
The 1 mile Fun Run starts at 6.15pm.
