The Hill of Tarvit 5 Mile Race is a multi terrain event based in the village of Ceres near Cupar. Part of the Fife Midweek Series, the race follows an out and back route between Ceres and Hill of Tarvit, combining bridle paths, roads and footpaths across the 5 mile distance.

Known as a challenging course, the route features a mixture of surfaces and undulating terrain rather than a traditional road race format. The event attracts runners looking for a competitive midweek challenge as well as those taking part in the wider series.
