The Heddington 5K Series begins with a fast summer evening race through the Wiltshire countryside. Organised by Calne Running Club, the opening event takes runners onto quiet country lanes around Heddington on a certified and accurately measured 5K course.

Known for its flat profile and PB potential, the route is designed for runners looking to race hard, improve their 5K time or enjoy a competitive midweek event. The rural setting and low traffic roads create favourable conditions for fast running while maintaining a friendly local atmosphere.
