The Weald Challenge is a trail half marathon based in Chiddingly, East Sussex. The route follows sections of the Wealdway and Vanguard Way, taking runners along a mix of bridleways, footpaths, quiet lanes and village roads through the surrounding countryside.
Starting and finishing in Chiddingly, the course passes through woodland, open fields and rural communities including East Hoathly and Blackboys. The predominantly off road route provides a varied trail running experience across the rolling landscapes of the East Sussex Weald.
