For 20 years the GRIM Challenge has been a benchmark for 'adventure' running, an inclusive type of wet, muddy trail racing that is as much fun as it is a challenge.

The original race, now called 'GRIM Down South', is run in the winter over army vehicle testing ground in Aldershot and is known for thick glutinous mud, waist-high water and bone chilling conditions.
