Göteborgsvarvet is one of the world’s largest Half Marathon events, taking runners through the streets, parks and waterfront districts of Gothenburg in Sweden. The 21.1K route combines city running with bridge crossings, harbour views and sections through Slottsskogen park before finishing at Slottsskogsvallen.
Known for its festival atmosphere, the race attracts tens of thousands of runners alongside huge spectator support and live music throughout the course. The route mixes urban scenery, waterfront sections and fast road running across the city.
