Bespak GEAR 10K is organised by Run For All and takes place on a flat road course through the historic Norfolk market town of King's Lynn.
Starting from Tuesday Market Place, the route passes through the town centre before taking runners alongside the River Great Ouse and through The Walks. Along the way, the course passes notable King's Lynn landmarks including the Custom House, Red Mount and Greyfriars Tower.
The flat profile and largely traffic free course create fast running conditions, while chip timing provides individual results. Runners also receive a finisher medal and goody bag, with an optional finisher T shirt available.
A separate Mini GEAR takes place as part of the wider event programme, while teams can compete through the Bespak GEAR 10K Corporate Challenge.
