The Eyam Half Marathon is a classic Peak District road race starting and finishing in the historic Derbyshire village of Eyam near Hope Valley. Established in 1993, the route covers challenging rolling roads with more than 1500 feet of climbing through the surrounding countryside and open Peak District landscapes.
Known as one of the toughest and most scenic Half Marathon events in the region, the course combines steep ascents, fast descents and sweeping views across multiple counties. The volunteer led atmosphere and strong village support have helped make the race a long standing favourite among runners looking for a demanding but rewarding Derbyshire road race.
