Sewerby To Bridlington Coastal Run

Ey Up It's Baltic in Bridlington offers 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon races along the East Yorkshire coast. Starting near The Ship Inn at Sewerby, the routes follow coastal paths and the paved promenade towards Bridlington, combining largely flat running terrain with open views across the North Sea.

Each distance follows an out and back route, taking runners along the seafront and through Bridlington before returning towards Sewerby. The predominantly paved course is suitable for road running shoes, with longer distances incorporating repeated sections. Exposed coastal conditions can add an extra challenge to this winter event, particularly for those tackling the Half Marathon or Marathon.

With a choice of four distances, signed routes and regular feed stations, the race caters for runners taking on anything from a shorter coastal run to a full Marathon. Finishers receive a bespoke medal and can enjoy a hot meal at The Ship Inn, rounding off a winter running experience on the Yorkshire coast.
