The Classic Quarter is a 44 mile Ultra Marathon that follows the South West Coast Path from Lizard Point to Land's End. Covering a quarter turn of the compass around Cornwall's southern coastline, the route takes runners through some of the most dramatic coastal scenery in the UK.
Despite the relatively modest distance by ultra standards, the course presents a significant challenge with thousands of feet of climbing and descending on rugged coastal trails. Runners can take on the event solo or as part of a relay team, making this a demanding and memorable test of endurance on one of Britain's most iconic long distance routes.
