The EP5 is Eltham's longstanding 5-mile race and fun run, raising money for the excellent Demelza Hospices and welcoming serious athletes from across London. The route follows the paths and trails of Eltham Park South and Oxleas Woods against a backdrop of early summer woodland and enthusiastic crowds.
The 1-mile family fun run starts at 10.15am. The 5-mile race follows at 11.00am.
