The route follows the paths and trails of Eltham Park South and Oxleas Woods against a backdrop of early summer woodland and enthusiastic crowds.
The 1-mile family fun run starts at 10.30am. The 5-mile race follows at 11.15am.
T-shirts for all finishers of the 5-mile race who register before midnight on 30 April 2022.
NEJ and the EP5 are proud to continue their support for the local hospice Demelza, and a proportion the proceeds from the overall event will go to the charity.
