The Harling 10K is a friendly multi terrain race based in East Harling, Norfolk. Established in 2012, the event takes runners beyond the village on a course using a mixture of roads and woodland paths.
The varied route gives runners a change of surface across the 10K distance, with faster road sections balanced by running through the surrounding woodland. The current course was introduced in 2015 and has since provided the setting for the event's established course records.
Organised by Harling Athletics Club, the race has developed a welcoming local character since its introduction. Post race cake is a longstanding feature of the event, providing a relaxed finish after the mixed terrain 10K.
