The 10 mile route starts in Durham City before heading down along the rivers Wear Dale Way, through the fabulous local woods of Shincliffe and Croxdale, running along some trails we guarantee you have never ran before. You will then return to the City via some great trails and finishing with the spectacular climb up to the top of Whinney Hill; where you will be gob smacked by the uninterrupted view of Durham Cathedral from one of the highest vantage points within the city itself.
