Using an accurately measured course the challenging route takes in the scenic Kent countryside surrounding Deal.
Route around the quiet rural roads through the villages of Betteshangar, Sutton, Ripple, Langdon and Martin Mill.
There will be water stations located at 3, 7 and 10 miles.
