Darlington Harriers Monthly Mile June

The Monthly Mile returns to South Park in Darlington for the June race in this popular summer series of one mile events. Designed to be accessible for runners of all ages and abilities, the series offers a unique opportunity to test speed, track progress and compete using age graded performances across multiple races.

Held on a certified one mile course, the route follows a single lap of gently undulating tarmac paths within the picturesque surroundings of South Park. The traffic free setting provides ideal conditions for runners targeting a fast mile, whether chasing a personal best or taking part for the enjoyment of racing.

Open to participants aged eight and over, the series rewards consistency across the season, with competitors needing results from at least three races to qualify for the final standings. The June event offers another chance to post a strong age graded performance as runners build towards the series finale later in the summer.
