Crown To Crown 5K June Evening Race

The June Crown to Crown 5K is part of the Crown to Crown Series, a collection of races held at Westley Heights Country Park in Langdon Hills. Popular with runners from across Essex and London, the series provides regular opportunities to race over a challenging and varied 5K course.

The measured route combines trail and road sections, creating an undulating course that rewards both strength and pacing. While challenging in places, the event remains accessible to runners of all abilities and attracts a mixture of experienced club athletes and recreational runners.

Based within Westley Heights Country Park, the course benefits from elevated countryside surroundings and a mixture of natural and hard surface terrain.
