The Cotswold Way Century is a formidable 102 mile point to point ultra following the Cotswold Way National Trail from Chipping Campden all the way to Bath. The journey crosses the length of the Cotswolds, climbing to far reaching viewpoints before descending through valleys and picturesque villages on the way south.
Runners have 32 hours to complete the single stage challenge, tackling a very hilly mixture of grassy paths, hard stone tracks, fields and occasional road sections. Navigation primarily follows the National Trail's distinctive acorn markers, with a GPX provided and intermediate cut offs helping shape the challenge throughout the course.
Food stations, live tracking and medical support accompany runners through the day and night as they work towards the Cotswold Way marker in Bath. Finishers earn a Cotswold Way Century buckle, with a special buckle awarded to those completing the full journey in under 24 hours.
