The Colworth Half Marathon is the final race of the unique Colworth Marathon Challenge, a three day running festival organised by Colworth Striders. Runners can enter the Half Marathon on its own or combine it with the Colworth 5 on Friday and the Trail 8.1 on Saturday to complete a full marathon distance over three consecutive days.
Starting and finishing at Colworth Club in Sharnbrook, the multi terrain course explores the scenic Colworth Estate and the surrounding North Bedfordshire countryside. The undulating route follows a mixture of estate tracks, trails and rural paths, providing an enjoyable challenge in peaceful surroundings.
With chip timing, a commemorative finisher's memento, supportive marshals and free camping available for participants, the Colworth Half Marathon offers a welcoming race day atmosphere. Whether completing the full Marathon Challenge or tackling the Sunday race on its own, runners can enjoy one of Bedfordshire's most distinctive and friendly running events.
