The course is fully signed throughout, with marshals, aid stations and medical support providing reassurance on race day. Finishers receive a goody bag, while the welcoming event village creates a sociable atmosphere before and after the race. As a plastic free event, runners are encouraged to bring reusable cups or bottles for use at the water stations, reflecting the organiser's commitment to reducing waste.
