The Race for Life Liverpool Aintree 5K takes place at the world famous Aintree Racecourse, home of the Grand National. Open to runners, joggers and walkers of all abilities, the event offers a welcoming way to support Cancer Research UK's life saving work.
Starting within the racecourse grounds, the 5K follows a mixed terrain route featuring tarmac paths, grass sections and areas of sand.
