Phoenix Running's Elements Series Water Run takes place at Regatta Meadow in St Neots, giving participants the freedom to decide how far they want to run on the day. Complete a single lap or continue for more within the event time limit, with every finisher receiving a bespoke Water themed medal.
The 5.3K out and back course follows footpaths and grass around Regatta Meadow, Riverside Park and the River Great Ouse. With minimal elevation gain and loss, the flat and relatively fast route allows runners to build their distance lap by lap, from a short run through to 10K, half marathon, marathon or ultra distance.
Water is one of four themed events in Phoenix Running's Elements Series, alongside Fire, Air and Earth. Runners can enter the Water Run on its own or take on all four events to collect the complete set of Elements medals, adding an extra challenge for those following the full series.
