Bungay 10K Summer Series Race 1

Race 1 of the Black Dog Summer Series takes place from the Bungay Area Running Centre in Ditchingham on a 10K course through the surrounding countryside. The route follows scenic country lanes and is predominantly on road, with a hard surfaced path section leading runners back to the finish.

Part of a three race summer series held across June and July, the event offers an accessible evening road race for runners of all abilities. The largely runnable route combines rural surroundings with a welcoming atmosphere, making it suitable for runners targeting a fast 10K or taking on the distance for the first time.
