The June edition of the Last Friday of the Month 5K forms part of Serpentine Running and Triathlon Club's popular year round race series in Hyde Park. Held on the final Friday of each month, the series attracts runners of all abilities, from those seeking a lunchtime challenge to experienced competitors chasing fast times.

Starting and finishing beside the Boathouse on the northern side of the Serpentine, the accurately measured 5K follows a two lap route through Hyde Park. The road course offers a fast and straightforward layout in one of London's most iconic green spaces, making it ideal for both personal best attempts and regular benchmark racing throughout the year.
