The Bradenham Blast is a challenging 10K trail race through the Bradenham Estate in the Chiltern Hills. Starting from Manor Farm, the route explores woodland, open countryside and rugged trails within the scenic Bradenham nature reserve.
Runners tackle four climbs and around 251 metres of elevation gain before a sweeping final 3K descent towards the finish. The course passes through tranquil beech woodland and along wide field margins, providing varied terrain and extensive views across the Chiltern countryside.
