The Brackley Chicken Run is a popular 10K mixed terrain race starting and finishing at Brackley Town Park. The single lap course combines town and countryside running, taking participants from Brackley into the surrounding rural landscape and neighbouring village of Turweston before returning to the town park.

Runners begin on a closed road before following an undulating and scenic route through Turweston and around Turweston Airfield. The course uses a mixture of roads, grass paths and trails, with some rougher surfaces adding variety and challenge along the way. Kilometre markers help runners track their progress as the route passes through the countryside before heading back through Turweston towards Brackley.

Organised by Brackley Running Club, the Chicken Run provides a varied 10K challenge for runners aged 16 and over, with a mixture of surfaces and changing scenery throughout the course. Chip timing, marshals and first aid support participants on race day, with facilities available at the venue and a race memento presented to every finisher.
