Born Survivor Lancashire is an obstacle course race set in the rugged countryside of the Ribble Valley. The event uses the natural landscape alongside military inspired obstacles to create a demanding outdoor challenge through hills, woodland, mud and water.
The main 12K course features more than 30 obstacles, including climbing challenges, water crossings, mud sections, carries and the event's distinctive Torpedo slide. A shorter 6K Rookie Survivor provides an alternative distance, while the 12K Elite Squadron gives competitive runners a chip timed first wave with rankings and prizes.
Designed around both individual challenge and teamwork, Born Survivor welcomes participants tackling the obstacles with friends, clubs and workplace teams as well as those entering individually. An event village at the finish adds food, drink and entertainment to the obstacle racing experience.
