The Ben Sheann Hill Race takes place in Strathyre within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Part of the Bog and Burn series, this Category AS fell race covers around 4K with more than 400 metres of climbing on a steep up and down route to the summit of Ben Sheann.
Known as the “Mountain of the Fairies”, Ben Sheann offers a fast and demanding hill running experience on rough trails, open hillside and technical descents above Strathyre. The evening race atmosphere and scenic Highland setting make it a popular midweek event for fell and hill runners.
