The race starts along the high street in Bedale, the single lap course takes you out into the country lanes with a hill or two to negotiate along the way before heading back to the town centre for a fast finish cheered on by enthusiastic supporters.
There will be medals for all finishers and prizes for the overall winners of men and women along with age category prizes.
