The course begins at Hiorne Tower and explores the stunning countryside in and around the Arundel Estate. It is a relatively hilly course and should be considered challenging especially at the finish. But, it's an also an exceptionally rewarding experience. If it has been raining, then the course is likely to be quite wet so be prepared to get muddy! The 10k distance consists of two laps, whilst 5k runners will complete one lap.
