Are We There Yet? is a seven hour timed running event through Parc Cwm Darran in South Wales. Runners can choose their distance, from shorter challenges including 5K and 10K through to half marathon, marathon and ultra distances.
The entirely tarmac course follows a 3.3 mile out and back route through the park, heading south before returning and continuing north towards Fochriw. Runners complete repeated laps and can continue for as far as they choose within the seven hour time limit.
Organised by Phoenix Running South Wales, the event welcomes runners and walkers with a flexible format suited to a range of distance goals. The measured road course allows participants to finish after their chosen distance or continue beyond marathon distance to complete an ultra.
