Alnwick is a popular Northumberland town, made famous by the stunning Alnwick Castle, which was used to film Harry Potter and Downton Abbey. Starting and finishing outside of Alnwick Castle makes this a truly outstanding location for the Half Marathon and 10K trail runs which take in Hulne Park and Priory, as well as some of the castle grounds.
