Both of the races are narrative trails, no markings just a combination of written instructions and GPX. The route is 95% off road on a wide variety of terrain. For your safety you will be expected to run with a mobile of the same number that you have left with registration. There will be two checkpoints for the Half and four for the Full, these will be full of treats as well as Coke, water and squash. This is a cupless event.
