Not just for fast runners but equally you need to be a wee bit comfortable on the trails, prepared for a bit of mud, tree roots, and maybe a fallen log or two to stumble over. It's not an obstacle race, but it's not uniform flat either. Oh and did we mention there maybe some elevation...up and down!
