The award-winning Culloden 10K running event is wholly organised by Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland working in close partnership with the National Trust for Scotland (NTS) team and is based at the iconic Culloden Battlefield Visitor Centre near Inverness.
The event is set within a stunning historic landscape, and with both a 10k and 17.46k option attracts a great cross-section of runners and joggers from all over Scotland and the wider UK as well as from abroad who all come to enjoy the unique atmosphere of this event and at the same time help people who are striving to recover their quality of life.
The Culloden Run 17.46k is the more challenging route with a couple of interesting wee hills to conquer, while the Culloden 10k provides a flatter and easier race and both races enjoy enchanting scenery on quiet roads. Passing by the historic landmarks of the Culloden Battlefield, the Neolithic Clava Cairns and the awesome River Nairn Viaduct, it's not just the running that might take your breath away!
