Salcey Forest 10K & 5K
The event uses relatively flat forest paths and trails and because of the nature of the course, the races are ideal for runners of all abilities and is perfect for spring marathon training

The courses uses the hard track tracks and trails within the forest and, if weather conditions are good, normal trainers will be suitable. The forest provides ample tree cover, if the weather is warm.
