Kings of the Castle IV
A 6 hour timed challenge, where you can run, walk or jog as many 5.25 mile laps as you choose on the day.

5 laps for a marathon, 6+ for an ultra or 1 or more to be a finisher and get a medal and a pick your own goody bag of treats. There will also be a half marathon option by completing a shorter 3rd lap.
This is a fantastic venue, the route is flat, quiet and firm underfoot. Leaving the Riverside Centre the path follows the River Jubilee and you are soon surrounded by countryside as you head towards Dorney wetlands before turning back with views towards Windsor Castle.
The race will start at 8:30 am and you must have started your final lap within the 6 hour limit, you will then be able to complete that lap even if your finish time is a little over the 6 hours. You are also welcome to start later but your final lap must still be started by 2:30 pm.
