The race distance is approximately 4 miles. The surface will be mostly on firm compact sand. You will be delighted to know that at the end of each lap we have included a nice cooling water dip for your pleasure! You will get more than your feet wet so remember to bring a change of clothing!
The event is planned to have wave starts up to a maximum of 5 people in each wave. Start times will be planned according to pre-entries. Enough time will be planned between wave starts to ensure physical distancing. A starting list will be drawn up to inform entrants of where and when to wait for their wave start. This schedule will be available online and/or emailed to participants in advance of the day.
