Blast Running is an inclusive weekly Sunday race and anyone from age 11 can take part, including running buggies, handcycles and race-chairs.
To fit with current Scottish Athletics guidelines we will operate a 30 max race bubble and staggered starts.
This course has been officially measured by Scottish Athletics and the results are used by Run Britain Rankings.
£5 for SAL members, £7 for non SAL members
