News - Running Leaders Wanted In Kent
The Kent Running Project is looking to recruit 50 regular runners to train for the role of running group leader. The new initiative, funded by Sport England, aims to grow the informal running market for beginners in Kent, and as a first step they want to sign-up enthusiastic runners to encourage more people to run, and to run more often.

Poll - Solo Or Pack?
Runners are individuals and they have their own ways of enjoying their favourite sport. We want to know do you prefer to run solo or with company?
So far, the majority of people are saying that running alone or with their mp3 player is the only option for them, holding 66% of the vote together. Running in a group is the third most popular option with a mixture of the different sorts of running coming fourth. What do you prefer?
