Out of the six options, most voters have told us that they would run 10 to 20 miles, with '5 to 10 miles a week' currently your second most popular. Only 6.5% of southern runners run more than 50 miles per week.

Up and Coming Races
Sheactive are holding their third 'Every Woman's Duathlon' in Bristol Downs on Saturday, with Richmond Park hosting their fourth Run Richmond 5K and 10K races. Sunday sees four 10K races with the Samaritans 10K in Crowthorne, Toad Hill 10K in Reading, Stanstead 10K and the Cancer Research Race for Life 10K in Luton. Looking forward to July, there are several races in Kent on Sunday July 4, with the Orpington 10K and Podplus Ashford 3 Lakes 5K, as well as the Canterbury Sprint Triathlon.
