From May To October!
In an interesting change to Scotland's running calendar, the 2011 Bupa Great Edinburgh Run will take place on October 2 rather than its traditional May date. May is a busy month for big races in the capital and indeed across the country with the Glasgow Women's 10K kicking things off at the beginning of the month and the Edinburgh Marathon Festival (which includes not only the marathon but a half marathon, 10K and 5K as well) taking place over the weekend of May 21/22.
