Participants will take a trip back to the early 20th century as they run through the Edwardian Mount Ephraim Gardens in Kent for Sunday’s Mount Ephraim 10K. In udder news, Bad Cow Weekender will see Poole host its first marathon (two actually) for 25 years. The event also features a Twilight 10K and a half marathon. The brightest runners this weekend (literally) will be those at the Rennie Grove Colour Blast. Check out race results and upcoming events on our race listing page.
